Refund of the fees paid shall be entertained only under the following conditions:
- Request for refund should be made within 7 days of the first payment.
- There must be a valid reason for the refund.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.

- All counseling & service fees are non-refundable.
- University/college fees refunds follow the institution’s rules.
- Refunds require a written request and are subject to university approval.
- Saarthi Education is a facilitator only; refund amount or timeline is not guaranteed.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal reasons
- Partial course completion
- Missed sessions or deadlines
